MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The family of a Naples man who disappeared while boating in Biscayne Bay say they will not give up their search for him.

Trevor Moore, who is a sailing coach, was last seen last Thursday afternoon when he left the U.S. Sailing Center in a 15-foot inflatable power boat.

Thursday around 5 p.m. the boat was found tangled in some moorings.

"The boat was found just off the edge of Dinner Key tangled up in mooring lines by a sailboat," said Liz Barraco, a spokeswoman with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

On the boat were personal belongings to the 30-year-old Moore who was a member of the 2012 Olympic team sailing team.

The U.S. Coast Guard and the FWC suspended their search for Moore after three days

To continue the search, Moore's family has launched a "Go Fund Me" page to raise money to fuel private boats to continue the search.

As of Monday afternoon, funds were over $43,000.
