In March, Federal Agents raided the city offices in Opa-locka, hauling away hundreds of boxes of files.

Now for the first time we're heading from the man at the center of that wide ranging FBI investigation.

Frank Zambrana had hoped to achieve the American dream for his wife and five kids, repairing and selling farm equipment in Opa-locka.

He had a lease and in 2013 he applied for an occupational license that should have cost no more than $200.

Instead, it has turned into one of the largest public corruption investigations in South Florida History.
