NEW WINDSOR, NY (CBSMiami) -- Major explosions at a cosmetics plant killed one person and injured dozens.

Surveillance video captures the first of two explosions at the New York plant.

The explosions killed an employee and injured more than 100 people.

Officials have determined the fire was accidental.

They believe it was caused after a worker wiped excess product in the plants batch room, leading to a chemical reaction.
