Driver Accused Of Slamming Into Lauderhill Home, 7 Vehicles, Arrested

LAUDERHILL (CBSMiami) -- Authorities have arrested a man they say was behind a crash that left a home in Lauderhill severely damaged.

Investigators say 62-year-old Roy Render slammed a pick-up truck into a home on Sunday, after hitting seven other cars, two mail boxes, and several street signs.

Rebecca Goldston and her six children, were not home at the time of the crash.

Render is charged with multiple counts of DUI and property damage.
