DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Don Shula has joined those taking jabs at Tom Brady and the New England Patriots regarding the scandal surrounding his use of deflated footballs.

Shula spoke at a news conference Saturday to unveil the Dolphins' plans to celebrate their 50th season this year. Shula coached the Dolphins for 26 seasons and won 347 games in his 33-year career, an NFL record.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame coach said his Dolphins always played with a lot of class and dignity, and "didn't deflate any balls." An NFL investigation concluded Brady likely knew Patriots employees were cheating by deflating balls before last season's AFC title game.

Shula has questioned the integrity of Patriots coach Bill Belichick in the past, and earlier this year referred to him as "Belicheat."
