Clark: Dez Bryant is 'Not Going to Sit Out The Season'

Stalled contract talks between Dez Bryant and the Dallas Cowboys have engendered some potent headlines over the last week, but is there a chance the star wideout really considers sitting out games?

"I would also say it's July and we need something to talk about with the NFL," The Wall Street Journal's Kevin Clark said on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz. "So the hysteria over Dez Bryant and his contract has reached a fever pitch that I don't think anyone should be freaking out about. He's going to sign something, whether that's the one-year patchwork deal, whether it's the tender, he's not going to sit out the season. No one does that.

"Yes, he's an elite receiver. Yes, at one point he will get a $90-100 million contract with the Cowboys. I think this is just a matter of timing with nothing else going on that we just have to freak out about this."
