Demi Lovato Makes "Cool" Stop In Miami

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Pop star Demi Lovato made a "cool" stop in South Florida on Thursday.

The 22-year-old made her way down to Miami to promote her new single "Cool for the Summer."

Dozens of Lovato's fans, known as "Lovatics," waited for her at the 4th Of July Weekend Kick Off Picnic at the Power 96 radio station in Miami Gardens.

Lovato told her fans "Cool for the Summer" is already a number one hit around the world and it's all thanks to them!

The "Lovatics" got a chance to cool down with the singer under the shade and take pictures with her just in time for Independence Day.
