MIAMI (CBSMiami) --  Police are investigating a deadly shooting in northwest Miami-Dade that happened overnight.

Miami-Dade Police said it all happened around midnight.

Investigators said four people were siting in a vehicle behind Greene Industrial Park near 3rd Court and NW 191st Street.

That's when someone started shooting at them. Nearly a dozen shots were fired.

Joshua Cubbage hear the gun shots ring out.

"It was rapid fire just bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam and when I woke up I heard the car pulling off," said Cubbage.

One person died. The other three were not injured.

Chopper4 was over the large scene littered with evidence markers. A tarp was seen covering a body on the passenger side.

A K-9 unit was  brought out to sniff for clues that could help lead investigators to a killer.

Neighbors say they constantly see people going in and out of a recording studio in the building at all hours of the night.  They've heard people arguing and say they knew something bad was bound to happen.

"That place is due for trouble I know it's going to happen sooner than later so it did happen. Nothing strange to me," said neighbor Raul Alfonso.

Anyone with information is urged to call Miami-Dade Crimestoppers (305) 471 - TIPS.
