The victim, Chantel Westguard, reported her car stolen on Miami Beach on January 7th. She told the CBS4 Newsdesk that she was getting ready to move to West Palm Beach and had all of her personal possessions inside the vehicle, including her passport, credit cards, family photos and mementos.

Shortly after the theft, her credit cards were used at the Target on N.W. 36th Street in Miami.

Surveillance video captured two men and two women using the stolen cards.

Police believe the four individuals know each other and are hoping someone in the South Florida community can identify them.

The stolen car was a black 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt with Canadian license plate: BRZ 3890.

If you recognize any of these four suspects, you're urged to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-TIPS (8477).
