Criminal Defense Attorney David Casals Accused Of Attempting To Smuggle Cocaine-Saturated Papers Into Jail

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A South Florida criminal defense attorney finds himself on the wrong side of the law.

David Casals is accused of trying to smuggle legal documents, saturated in cocaine into the Palm Beach County jail.

Casals bonded out on $58,000 bail.

He practices law in both Broward and Palm Beach.
