Coral Springs Police Search For Possible Serial Burglar
CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) – Police in Coral Springs are searching for a man who stole a person's credit cards and then was caught on camera trying to use them at a video game store.
Investigators said the man broke into a car at LA Fitness located at 2633 N. University Drive in Coral Springs on January 4, 2014 before heading to several stores to use the victim's credit cards.
The subject was captured on surveillance video at a GameStop trying to use the cards, but could not because the victim had already alerted his credit card companies.
Investigators believe the subject is responsible for other car burglaries at gyms from Coral Springs to Jupiter.
