Construction To Close I-75 Ramp At Sheridan This Weekend

DAVIE (CBSMiami) -- Saturday night, construction crews are closing down the northbound ramp at I-75 connecting to westbound Sheridan Street.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is scheduled to shut it down from Saturday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.

Motorists will be detoured to take the Sheridan St. exit ramp east (Exit 11a) where a u-turn can be made at Flamingo Road to continue west.

Alternate routes include using either Griffin Road or Pines Boulevard.

The temporary road closure is set to allow for construction of a new signalized westbound ramp.
