TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/NSF) - Legislative leaders have sent 20 bills to Governor Rick Scott, including a measure that would repeal a 19th Century law that makes it a crime for men and women to live together if they are not married.

House and Senate staff analyses said the law originally went into effect in 1868 and makes it a second-degree misdemeanor for men and women to "lewdly and lasciviously associate and cohabit together" without being married.

Among the other bills sent to Scott was a measure that calls for creating a Holocaust memorial on the Capitol grounds.

Scott also received a bill dealing with alcoholic-beverage issues. The bill includes a provision that would allow the state Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue alcoholic beverage licenses to the owners of railroad transit stations that are used for passenger service between two or more cities.
