MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- With election day a little more than a week away, Florida is heavily on the minds of this year's presidential candidates.

Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton held a concert over the weekend in Miami, meant to encourage Florida voters to get out, vote and back the candidate. Singers like JLO, Marc Anthony and Gente De Zona took the stage. The candidate also stumped in Wilton Manors and Fort Lauderdale.

On Tuesday, Clinton is set to come back to South Florida, to hold an evening event in Fort Lauderdale at Delevoe Memorial Park where she plans to talk about the economy.

Her husband, former president Bill Clinton will stump for her in Miami-Dade, Collier and Pinellas counties on Tuesday. Some of his stops include Canvass kickoff events in Florida City, Immokalee, and St. Petersburg.

A day later, President Barack Obama will be stumping for Clinton in Miami. This would make it the third time the president has come to campaign for Clinton within a month.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is also not missing out on Florida. He is scheduled to return to the sunshine state for a Wednesday morning breakfast at the Trump National Doral.  The chairman of the Republican National Committee, Reince Priebus, is set to be at the event.

Later in the day, he will hold a rally in Miami's Bayfront Park Amphitheater at noon.

But until then, his vice presidential pick Mike Pence is stumping for him. Pence is holding campaign rallies in Cocoa Beach, Maitland, and Clearwater on Monday.  Click here to read more about Campaign 2016.

Both candidates have visited South Florida within the last two weeks. Trump was in Miami last week where he visited Little Havana, hoping to squeeze some Hispanic votes. On the same day, Clinton held a rally at Broward College pushing for her supporters to get out and vote, before attending the Adele Concert in Miami.

The battleground state of Florida is seen as a must-win for Trump as polls show Clinton with a slight edge in the state (46 to 43), according to a CBS News poll.
