Charges Dropped For SW Miami-Dade "Bad Neighbor"
HOMESTEAD (CBSMiami) – The Southwest Miami-Dade man dubbed the "neighbor from hell" is out of jail.
Mitchell Igelko had his stalking and domestic violence charges dropped, but he still faces charges related to harassing phone calls.
Igelko's former neighbors said he deliberately killed their grass, threw nails in their driveways and threatened their lives. Igelko owns a lawn care service.
Igelko has another court date in April.
