Card Sound Road Remains Closed Due To Nearby Brush Fire

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Card Sound Road remains closed in both directions due to a large brush fire burning in southwest Miami-Dade.

Drivers heading to, or out of, the Keys will have to take U.S. 1.

The very smoky fire is burning about half a mile from the roadway.

So far, more than 13,000 hundred acres have burned and the fire is about 80% contained.
