Car Slams Into Backyard Wall Of Miramar Home

MIRAMAR (CBSMiami) - One person was hurt when a car slammed into a wall and narrowly missed a home in Miramar.

It happened around 1 a.m. off Miramar Parkway and 145th Court.

The driver lost control and hit the concrete wall that surrounds the home's backyard. A chair in the yard went into a window, breaking the glass.

No one in the home was hurt, the driver was airlifted to the hospital.

It appears excessive speed may have played a role in the crash.
