PLANTATION KEY (CBSMiami) -- Monroe County Sheriff's deputies were able to identify a burglary suspect after the teen allegedly  left a computer in the home logged into his Facebook account.

The 16-year old Plantation Key teen was arrested after investigators said he had come into the home and moved things around among other things.

The victims of the burglary said they had left the home in the morning and returned at 1 p.m. to find someone had been there.

The door was unlocked at the time.

The victim then said he could tell someone had been on his computer.

When investigators checked the browser history, they found the suspect had visited pornography site and YouTube while he was in the home.

An iPad that had been moved and charged revealed the logged in Facebook page.

Deputies said they found out the teen was a student at Coral Shores High School. They later interviewed the teen who, deputies said, admitted to entering the home, using the computer equipment, eating a pop tart and drinking a soda.

Deputies said he told them he said he'd been inside the home before.

He is facing burglary and theft charges.
