Broward Teacher Fired, Reportedly Drunk On The Job

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A Broward County teacher out of a job after administrators say she was found drunk in her first grade classroom at Lloyd Estates Elementary last year.

Lynn Singleton was fired by the county's School Board.

A complaint reveals she let the children go to the restroom alone and one of them got hurt.

Singleton was hired by the district in 1996. She's been convicted twice of driving under the influence.
