FORT LAUDERDALE(CBSMiami) – An alarmed Broward Judge revoked bond for a 25-year-old man who is accused again of voyeurism in his San Remo community in Weston.

"You do represent a serious ongoing danger to women in your community, particularly to teenagers and by your own admission you have been peering into windows," said Broward Circuit Judge John Hurley to Aaron Hammond during his first appearance at bond court Thursday afternoon.

"The court believes that this ongoing criminal activity," said Hurley. "This is serious and it looks like this is escalating. You are going into peoples' houses now."

The Broward Sheriff's Office said Hammond, who was out on bond after a recent arrest for burglary, had been arrested numerous times since 2008 for loitering and prowling, voyeurism, burglary and arson.

BSO said he was "well known" in the community and residents feared for their own safety.

BSO had set up surveillance in the San Remo community and this week deputies spotted Hammond "creeping along a residence" and peering through a bathroom window where an 11-year-old child was taking a shower.

Deputies identified themselves and Hammond reportedly took off running.

BSO says Hammond told detectives he "has problems" and did this for the "adrenaline rush."

Deputies say the noticed that Hammond had defecated in a neighbor's backyard. They said Hammond admitted to the voyeurism and said he also had defecated in the same neighbor's back yard two months ago.

BSO Detective Chris Bradley told Hurley "there have been ongoing issues with him in the same neighborhood, leaving on foot and peering into windows."

BSO Sgt. Jeffrey Mellies said, "This has recently started escalating with strange activities in the neighborhood."

Judge Hurley expressed concern about a 2013 case in which Hammond was accused of hiding under one couple's furniture.

Hammond was ordered to stay away from the victims when he gets out of jail.

An assistant public defender was appointed to represent him.

It was the second time this week in Broward that a young man had been accused of voyeurism.

Authorities said 22-year-old Sean Tucker of Parkland had been peering into homes for nearly two years.
