Boy Reported Missing Found Near N. Lauderdale School

NORTH LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) -- A 9-year old boy is back with his family after he was reported missing the day before.

Broward Sheriff's Office deputies found Dameon Rogers early Wednesday morning near the 7100 block of Kimberly Boulevard, just blocks away from his North Lauderdale school.

Deputies said Rogers was reported missing the day before after he did not make it home from North Lauderdale Elementary School.

He had last been seen at 4 p.m. at the school.

An investigation is underway to find out what happened to him.
