Boppy Loungers Recalled After Being Linked To 8 Infant Deaths

MIAMI (CBSMiami - More than 3 million Boppy brand loungers are being voluntarily recalled by the company.

The products were linked to at least eight infant deaths between 2015 and 2020.

In the recall notice, Robert bailey of the consumer product safety commission had a warning.

He wrote, "Loungers and pillow-like products are not safe for infant sleep, due to the risk of suffocation."
