Bei Bei The Panda Melts Hearts Playing In Water

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBSMiami) -- Zookeepers at the Smithsonian's National Zoo have nearly broken the internet with a video of their playful panda in a tub of water.
The zoo's youngest giant panda cub Bei Bei (pronounced Bay Bay) has become a star since his public debut in January.

Bei Bei was born in August of 2015 and his name translates to 'precious' or 'treasure.' First Ladies Michelle Obama and Peng Liyuan of China gave the panda his name.
