Authorities: Florida Man Struck By Lightning, Dies
SEMINOLE (CBSMiami/AP) — A southwest Florida man died after he was apparently struck by lightning, according to authorities.
Pinellas County sheriff's officials said they were called to a construction site Wednesday afternoon and found the victim lying face down on the ground. Officials said preliminary results show he was struck by lightning.
The victim was not identified.
