KISSIMMEE (CBSMiami/AP) — A central Florida attorney could use a good a lawyer. Alicia Warner was charged with child neglect after her two year old son was found wandering the Osceola County Courthouse alone.

A witness told county sheriff's deputies that the toddler was knocking on the door to the break room, crying and asking for his mother on Thursday. Warner was found two floors down.

Deputies say they reviewed courthouse video that showed she left the child alone in the break room for more than 20 minutes. She told authorities she was checking on him periodically.

Warner, 33, was charged with one count of child neglect without great bodily harm. The child was released to his father.
