Alligator Trappers Wanted In Miami-Dade County

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Are you an alligator trapper? Well if you are, you can be the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's hero.

FWC's Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program is accepting applications for contracted nuisance alligator trappers.

Trappers are currently being sought to respond to areas north of Bird Road (State Road 976) in Miami-Dade County.

Applicants must have a clean criminal history, no fish or wildlife law violations, a working email and must reside in Miami-Dade County.

Applications must be received by Friday, Oct. 31.
