Accused Homestead Teen Has History Of Sex Extortion

HOMESTEAD (CBSMiami) -- A Homestead teenager, who was arrested Wednesday for extorting young girls for sex, has previously been charged with the same crime, CBS4's Gary Nelson has learned.

A search of court records shows Homestead Senior High student Terry Fenelon, 18, was arrested last month by Miami-Dade's Special Victim's Unit and charged with sexual battery and extortion on a 15-year-old girl.

After finding a compromising photo of herself on Facebook, the girl told police Fenelon threatened to make sure everyone at school saw it and would "ruin her reputation" unless she performed a sex act on him. She said that happened twice at Fenelon's home.

Fenelon's arrest report on Wednesday gives a similar account against two female students, ages 15 and 16. It said he threatened the girls with harm to them and their families unless they sent nude photos. He then coerced them into oral sex on school grounds and used knowledge of their addresses and information as intimidation behind his threats.

State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle said investigators are convinced there are more victims, some who may not be students, and is urging them to come forward.
