MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez is facing more legal trouble. This time it's a lawsuit from a famed South Florida baseball coach.

Former University of Miami Coach Lazaro Collazo filed a lawsuit  on Friday claiming invasion of privacy, negligence and emotional distress for the slugger's alleged purchase of  Collazo's medical records.

Those records belonged to the troubled  anti-aging clinic, Biogenesis, whose sales of performance-enhancing drugs led eight arrests and A-Rod's 162-game suspension in 2014.

In March, Collazo pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of buying steroids without a valid prescription. He was sentenced to two years probation.
