NEW PORT RICHEY (CBSMiami/AP) — A 7-year old terminally ill boy is becoming a superhero for a day thanks to a Florida sheriff's agency.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office will "deputize" Spencer Holt on Tuesday and give him a special assignment to conquer. The agency is getting some help from local high school drama students who will be stationed throughout the jail dressed as zombies.

Spencer's task it to get rid of the zombies.

Authorities said in a news release that they wanted to host Spencer because he is "an inspirational little boy."
