58th Annual Vizcaya Ball Theme Announced

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The Vizcaya Ball Committee has announced this year's theme for their annual fundraiser for the museum and gardens is "Vizcaya, The Jewel of South Florida."

The Vizcaya Ball is meant to reflect "the beauty and elegance of this extraordinary South Florida cultural icon" and the event is in its 58th year.

If you love to dress up like guests of the Great Gatsby parties, the black-tie event is on Saturday, November 22nd.

Individual tickets start at $600 and tables for 10 are $6,000, and can be purchased online.

The big price tag comes with several perks. Guests can enjoy "a stylish cocktail reception; catering by A Joy Wallace Catering, Design & Special Events; entertainment by The Chase Band; a sensational silent auction and much more" according to a statement by the committee.

The mission of the ball is to raise money to preserve Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
