2 Transported To Ryder Trauma After Shooting In North Miami

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Two people were shot Friday night on Interstate 95.

Police said it happened on the southbound lanes, near 135th street.

The Florida Highway Patrol says a car, believed to be a Toyota, pulled up alongside a Mustang, and someone opened fire.

Two out of the three people in the Mustang were hit.

They were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma.

The suspects' car took off.
