FORT PIERCE (CBSMiami/AP) — Two Florida sheriff's deputies have been arrested in unrelated cases.

St. Lucie County Sheriff's Deputy Richard Akeen Henry was charged Friday in Broward County on three counts of sexual activity with a minor.

In a statement emailed Saturday, Sheriff Ken Mascara says the FBI and the Broward Sheriff's Office helped in the arrest.

Henry was placed on unpaid administrative leave.

Meanwhile, north Florida prosecutors have charged Alachua County Sheriff's Deputy Russell Johnson with false imprisonment.

The Gainesville Sun reported that according to police, 46-year-old Deputy Russell Johnson handcuffed his girlfriend and restrained her legs in shackles during a Nov. 7 argument.

Johnson was placed on administrative leave after a sworn complaint was filed several days later.
