MIAMI (CBSMiami) – About 180 thousand pacifiers are being recalled over a choking risk.

The company Munchkin says its "Latch TM" lightweight pacifiers have a plastic clip that can detach putting your baby at risk of choking on it.

The pacifiers were sold at Babies-R-Us, Walmart, Target and Amazon.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says parents should take the clip away and contact the company for a free replacement or refund.  The replacement would be a Lightweight Pacifier pack.
