11 Arrested In Miami Pill Mill Crack Down, One Still At Large

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) -- Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrests of nearly a dozen people in connection to a shuttered pill mill in Miami.
Investigators said the Swain Medical Center, owned and operated by Anthony Swain, provided fraudulent prescriptions of pain medication, including hydromorphone and oxycodone.
The defendants allegedly used doctors and unlicensed medical workers to distribute illegal prescriptions that were sold throughout south Florida. Prescriptions from the center were also found in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The multi-year investigation was handled by a joint task force that included the DEA, Hallandale Police Dept., Miami-Dade Police Dept. and Miami Gardens Police Dept.
The following were arrested in connection to the investigation and face charges including racketeering, conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone and conspiracy to traffic in illegal drugs:

• Terrance Denard Fredrick, 43
• Rudolph Valentino James Lightbourne, 31
• Shevoune Sonia Texmar Martin, 33
• Christian Valdimore Miller, 24
• Anthony Vachon Swain, 38
• Jackqeline Alexandaria Wilson, 34
• Fred Decarlo Wise, 37
• Joseph Lamar Yearby, 42
There is also an outstanding warrant for Bobby Rogers, 44, in connection to this investigation.
