Eberto Medrano-Ramirez appeared in bond court on Sunday and is being charged with one count of sexual battery.  His bond was set at $10,000.

Medrano-Ramirez was part of a cleaning crew hired by The Clevelander but is not a direct employee.  He came across the victim on the roof of the hotel around 3:30 a.m. but it is unknown how she ended up on the roof in the nude. They did not know each other, according to Miami Beach Police.

Medrano-Ramirez then appeared to assist the woman getting to the elevator, where the incident took place.  It is unknown if Medrano-Ramirez was originally trying to help the victim.
