$100-Grand In Designer Sunglasses Swiped From Weston Biz

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - Several industrious burglars made a roof top entry into Weston business and got away with thousands of dollars worth of designer sunglasses.
Monday morning when employees at Groupe Logo, at 1840 N Commerce Parkway, arrived for work they discovered that they warehouse area had been ransacked.
After making their way onto the roof, the burglars cut a 15"x15" hole through the concrete and sheet metal roof. Once inside they then disabled the alarm system.
They kicked open several doors and rummaged through offices, according to Broward sheriff's investigators. They eventually kicked their way into the rear warehouse where the merchandise was stored.
An unknown number of Fred, Boeing and Tag Hauer sunglasses valued at over $100,000 were stolen. The thieves also took the store's security cameras and digital video recorder when they left.
To carry all their stolen loot, they stole two work vans from an adjacent business - Restoration 1.
Sheriff's investigators used the vans' GPS to track them.
The believe they burglars drove to 9395 SW 40th Street in Miami where they unloaded the stolen merchandise. The vans were found abandoned at 9143 SW 74th Street, about two and half miles away.
