Missing 83-Year-Old Woman Located In Glendale

Update As Of 11PM: Authorities say Celeste Cielo Bell has been found by Glendale College police. She is expected to be reunited with her family soon.

GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are searching for an 83-year-old woman police say was last seen leaving a bank in Glendale.

Celeste Cielo Bell was seen about noon Monday leaving a Wells Fargo branch on Brand Boulevard and Doran Street.

Glendale police said Bell, who has the early stages of dementia, indicated she was going to take a bus home but never arrived at her residence.

Bell was described as a white female with gray hair and brown eyes.

She is 4-foot-11 and weighs 130 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a burgundy hat, brown shirt, purple jacket and green pants. She was carrying a red bag.
