Wheelchair Belonging To Santa Ana Girl Born Without Legs Is Returned

SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — A specially made wheelchair belonging to a Santa Ana girl who was born without legs has been recovered.

Police in Santa Ana said Friday that the 4-year-old girl's wheelchair has been returned. Her family said someone left the wheelchair outside of their home earlier in the day.

The wheelchair belonging to the child named Milagros was discovered stolen sometime over the weekend.

Police have yet to find out who took the wheelchair.

The family in the meantime expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of support they had received from the community.
