WESTMINSTER (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 43-year-old woman, who was seen last on Thursday.

Alana Chavez was last seen on March 27, around 9:30 p.m. inside a McDonald's restaurant on Westminster Boulevard and Locust Street, Westminster police said in a department statement.

Police said Chavez was seen walking outside to the parking lot and crossing Westminster Boulevard. Authorities do not suspect foul play in her disappearance.

Chavez is 5'6" and weighs 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing a black button-up sweater, a black T-shirt, blue jeans, and black sandals.

Chavez's family has offered a $1,000 reward for information on her whereabouts.
