West Hills Child In Grave Condition After Near-Drowning

WEST HILLS (CBSLA.com)  —  Authorities say a child was rushed to a hospital in grave condition Friday after a near-drowning in West Hills.

Officials said family members found a minor under water in a pool just before 6 p.m.

Firefighters were called around 5:50 p.m. to the 8800 block of North Megan Avenue, Eric French of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

The child's age and gender were not released.
