NEWPORT BEACH (CBSLA) — Surfers flocked to The Wedge in Newport Beach Tuesday to catch the big waves crashing along the shore.
Waves are expected to reach as high as 15 feet.
Beachgoers are advised to be aware of dangerous rip currents.
Lifeguards say only experienced surfers should be in the water.
