WATCH: Teacher Hits Half Court Shot To Earn Students Hot Chocolate

WASHINGTON D.C. (CBSLA) - An elementary school teacher at Holy Trinity School in Washington D.C. made her students' day on the basketball court.

Kathleen Fitzpatrick, also known as Ms. Fitz, promised her third-grade class hot chocolate if she made the half court shot.

Lucky for them, Ms. Fitz played Division I basketball for the Rutgers Scarlett Knights.

Safe to say Ms. Fitz's class will be looking forward to returning from Christmas break.
