WATCH: Firefighters Rescue 120-Pound Great Dane From Tree

LOUISVILLE, Neb. (CBSLA.com) — You've heard about firefighters rescuing cats stuck in trees, but what about a 120-pound dog?

Kora was in need of a rescue after jumping a five-foot fence, then climbing 20-feet up into a tree in Louisville, Nebraska.

"I thought dispatch was messing with us," said one firefighter. "When they told us it was a 120-pound Great Dane 20-feet up in a tree, that math usually doesn't add up."

Firefighters used a harness to hook Kora and lower her to the ground.

With about five-feet left to go, the harness snapped. Firefighters on the ground broke her fall. She walked away unharmed.
