Viral Photo: Mother Expecting Baby Girl Gives Birth To Boy

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — She thought she was having a daughter, but a couple got quite a surprise when doctors delivered a baby boy.

Now the photo of the surprise birth is going viral three months later.

Kim Guiley and her husband Travis told Inside Edition they spent the nine months of Kim's pregnancy preparing for a baby girl.

Then, once Guiley gave birth to their bundle of joy, they found their preparations were all for naught as the expected baby girl was actually a baby boy.

A photographer who was there for the event captured a priceless moment of realization from Guiley.

"We had girls names, we went round and round about girls names," she said.
