Police Arrest Victorville Mom In Vegas After She's Accused Of Kidnapping 3 Kids

VICTORVILLE (CBSLA.com) — Police in Las Vegas have arrested a Victorville woman who was accused of kidnapping her three children.

Hannah Elisa Parks, 23, was having supervised visitation with her kids at a McDonald's restaurant on Palmdale Road around 5:25 p.m. Wednesday.

Parks then left the location with Ariyana Tafoya, 3, Conner Parks, 5, and Derek Parks, 2, along with an unidentified man, police said.

Officials said Parks and the children were located in Las Vegas at the home of the children's grandmother.

Parks was arrested and charged with child stealing.

She will be extradited back to California, authorities said. No other arrests were made.

The children are fine and will be returned to Child and Family Services in San Bernardino County.
