Victorville Man Arrested In Human-Trafficking Operation Involving 7 Victims

VICTORVILLE (CBSLA.com) — Investigators Friday announced the arrest of a Victorville man they believe was involved in a human-trafficking ring operating out of the High Desert, Ontario and Redlands area.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Dale Morrison, 29, known as "Monstah," was arrested just before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday evening in the 14500 block of Equestrian Way.

Over the course of four months, investigators identified at least five female and two juvenile victims working as prostitutes out of local hotels and motels for Morrison.

Morrison was charged with numerous counts of pimping, pandering, human-trafficking charges and several traffic-related warrants, a news release stated.

Officials said Morrison is being held on $375,000 bail at the High Desert Detention Center.
