Ventura Tattoo Artist Arrested On Suspicion Of Sexually Assaulting Woman He Was Tattooing

VENTURA (CBSLA.com) — A Ventura tattoo artist was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman who was receiving a tattoo, police said Monday.

The woman, whose name was not released, told officers of the alleged assault on March 6, identifying the suspect as Jamie Garza, 51, of Camarillo.

Garza was arrested May 25 outside his home. He was subsequently booked at the Ventura County Jail.

The Ventura Police Department is seeking to identify other potential victims in this case.
