Woman Awakes To Find Naked Man In Her Venice Beach Home

VENICE (CBSLA.com) — A woman received quite the scare Friday when she awoke to find a naked man in her Venice Beach home.

According to police, the man ran out of the home when the woman confronted him and screamed.

A short time later, authorities encountered the man and took him into custody on suspicion of trespassing.

Police said the suspect did not touch the woman inside the home.

The man was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but is believed to be suffering from a mental illness.

The investigation is ongoing.
