Vehicle Plunges Into Aqueduct In Palmdale

PALMDALE (CBSLA.com)   —  Authorities said a vehicle went into an aqueduct in Palmdale Saturday afternoon.

Sky2 was overhead while divers attempted to reach anyone who might have been trapped inside the car.

After spending time in the water, divers only came out with a license plate.

LA County Sheriff's Deputies told CBS2/KCAL9 they called off a search after determining that no one was in the car at the time it entered the water,
