Upcoming Cross-Country Bike Ride To Raise Money For The Disabled

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — A pair of CSU Long Beach students will be riding their bikes from California to Washington, D.C. to raise money for the disabled community.

Brandon Ratner and Michael Potts visited the KCAL9 studios Monday to talk about their organization, Push America, which raises funds and awareness for people with disabilities.

Push America is a nonprofit organization owned and operated by the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.

The ride starts May 22 and each rider has a fundraising goal of $5,500.
